Heidi Monuteaux - LCPC
Heidi is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), a Certified EMDR therapist, and a Certified AASECT Sex Therapist. She is a compassionate ketamine-assisted psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Drawing from a trauma-informed, integrative approach, she creates a safe and grounded therapeutic space where clients can explore expanded states of consciousness with intention and care.
With a deep respect for the inner healing intelligence of each person, Heidi combines evidence-based psychotherapy with the therapeutic potential of ketamine to help clients access insights that may be difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy alone. In her work, ketamine serves as a catalyst for softening rigid thought patterns and quieting the inner critic, often allowing clients to experience a sense of spaciousness, emotional release, and renewed perspective.
Heidi places strong emphasis on preparation and integration (“set and setting”), supporting clients in making meaning from these experiences and translating insight into lasting, embodied change. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned, empowering clients to carry forward the gifts of the medicine. Grounded in both clinical expertise and a heartfelt commitment to healing, Heidi serves as a steady and empathetic guide, honoring each client’s unique path while fostering deep inner exploration and growth.
When Heidi isn’t working she is usually working in the yard with her chickens, training for a triathlon or adventuring with her family and friends.
